"Really the Best Player Ever Made"

    April 19, 2011  |   By Hamidtx

    Version: KMPlayer 3.0.0.1440

    Pros

It plays ANYTHING that can be played. If KMPlayer can't play it, then it cant be played. No hassle, no strings attached, light bug free and it works great.

    Cons

    None what so ever.

    Summary

This is the only player, you ever need. All other players don't even come close to this player.

    "Great Player got even better"

    April 19, 2011  |   By johnniedoo

    Version: KMPlayer 3.0.0.1440

    Pros

I have used this for a long time in xp. i am using win7 prof x64 and have just updated it after neglecting it. It has become much easier to use and does more than i need but covers what i do need perfectly and easily

    Cons

    none with this latest update/upgrade

    Summary

this was always a nice slick small but comprehensive dvd/audio app i used on my laptop but strayed from as i bought a big expensive pain in the neck thing which is no better or easier to use nor as stable as this is. I use the other big freeware app as well but i shall be moving to this as it is much easier to find and apply the things i want to use. It has become better than the paid for programs and easier but as good as the more complex freeware lan program i like and use.
this is a must have for my laptop but now have it installed in my home made workstation .

"Btw This is v3.0.0.1439 (15,103,144 bytes) but The Best"

    April 18, 2011  |   By Tumppu

    Version: KMPlayer 3.0.0.1440

    Pros

All-In-One - i watch my DVDs and TV with this, listen net radio and other streams. All known-to-me audio and video-formats play just great. pro people has pro-interface to adjust just about anything! Great little miracle.

    Cons

The cons is no cons - all programs have small bugs. This one smaller ;)

    Summary

The becoming multi-threading will be great addition - waiting eagerly...
Best freeware all-in-one-player to me for some years already!

"The Best All-In-One Jukebox out there!"

    April 18, 2011  |   By TimppaKos

    Version: KMPlayer 3.0.0.1440

    Pros

All files play - quite little to manage by own skills!
With FFDShow (also freeware) support Every single needed format is playable!

    Cons

Nothing big - some really odd codec-combinations may freeze it - seen that only 3 times in 5 years of using!

    Summary

Priceless = no price for the best one out there!
It plays CD's, DVD's, BD's, NetStreams, TV-cards - you name it and it also records 'em all!
Added all you can imagine through Direct-X of course - and it's better than VLC, by having Winamp extensions usable as well as the great media-library, DFX and other WA-sound-prosessors.
Own modes for audio, video - bookmarks, etc ... you don't need another Player after this free extensible one!
